What they needed
Property investment and lettings is a trust business. Landlords want to know who they’re handing their portfolio to, and investors want to see the work. Better Homes had the work to show. It just wasn’t reaching anyone.
What we did
- Took over the page in May 2026 and built a regular posting plan around real jobs and real people
- Handled the planning, posting and timing, so the content landed when the audience was online
- Built the content around the owner and the team: the finds, the rebuilds and the day-to-day, including the jobs that don’t go to plan
