Custom software, built for the job
Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. We do it the other way round: we sit down with you, find where the hours go, and build the tool that fixes it. That might be a quote builder, a booking system, a client portal, a stock tool, a dashboard or an AI assistant.
Everything is designed and built in-house by our team in Washington, using the same modern tools we use for our own products, and hosted on our own server. If you need a change, you talk to the people who built it.
Case study: Your Ops Agent
We built Your Ops Agent for our clients. They kept telling us the same thing: the admin was eating their week. Replies to enquiries, emails, social posts and chasing quotes, all squeezed in after a full day on the tools. So we built something to take it off their hands.
It’s an assistant that lives in Telegram on your phone, one per business, set up around how that business works. It reads what comes in, drafts the reply, the email or the post, and waits for you. Every message comes with buttons: approve it and it sends, tweak it by telling it what to change in plain English, or ask it to have another go.
It runs on our own server, not a shared app, and connects only to the accounts you ask us to connect. Karn runs his own on his phone every day, and every new feature is tried on his before a client gets it.
