Based here, not just covering it
Plenty of agencies list Washington as an area they cover. We live and work here. The office is on Armstrong Industrial Estate, a couple of minutes from the Galleries and the A1(M), and the photography and podcast studio is in Washington too. If you’d rather talk it through in person than over email, that’s how most of our clients do it: around 90% of them meet us face to face.
Being local changes the work. Karn, our photographer, can be at your shop, site or kitchen the same week. We know which villages your customers come from, what’s on at the Galleries, and when a post about the Nissan shifts or a Sunday at the Wetland Centre will land. None of that comes through a call centre.
Trades, food and shops: the Washington mix
Most of our Washington clients are tradespeople and independents: a builder, a worktop manufacturer, a bathroom company, a tandoori that’s been feeding Concord since the 1980s, a hydroponics shop, an estate agent we photograph homes for. If you need more than social media, it’s all under one roof: a fast website built in-house and set up to be found on Google, a Google Business Profile that actually shows up for “near me” searches, commercial photography and drone work, branding, and custom software when the admin is the problem.
One business per trade, per area

Which parts of Washington do you work in?
All of it: Concord, Armstrong, the Galleries, Washington Village, Fatfield, Harraton, Usworth, Sulgrave, Columbia, Oxclose, Barmston and the business parks around the A1(M) and A19. We also cover Houghton-le-Spring, Birtley and the rest of Sunderland and Gateshead.
Do you only do social media?
No. Social media is where most clients start, but we also build websites, set up and run Google Business Profiles, shoot photography and video (including drone), design logos and brand kits, and build custom software and AI tools. Everything is done in-house by the same small team.
Can we meet in person before we decide anything?
Yes, and most people do. The first chat is free, and there’s no pressure at the end of it. We’ll tell you honestly what we think would work for your business.
Will you work with my competitors too?
Not for social media. We don’t take on competing businesses in the same area, so your page is the one we’re focused on.
