I run the local boxing club in Concord. I’d used You Can Fly Balloons before, but—being a typical man—I left things to the last minute. Our workshop is located inside the offices of You Can Fly Media on Armstrong Industrial Estate. The full address is provided to customers collecting their orders.
Unfortunately, we now operate on a pre-order basis. Stock is ordered weekly or fortnightly based on upcoming bookings, so walk-ins aren’t possible and the premises is only open to the public for collections.
As early as possible! Weekend dates fill up quickly—some 2025 dates are already booked. If I’m unavailable, I can recommend other local businesses.
No, I don’t replicate other people’s designs. I’m happy to take inspiration, but I’ll always add my own personal twist to make it original. A lot of people don’t see an issue with copying—but for me, it’s something I’ll never feel comfortable doing. I believe in respecting other artists and putting my own creativity into every setup.
No problem! I’m fully insured and can provide the necessary documents upon request.
Yes I can. However, I’m always upfront with my customers—helium is expensive, and as a small business, I can’t compete with large retailers like Card Factory. For helium-filled numbers or shapes, I recommend Card Factory for better value. If you’re looking for air-filled towers, though, I’d be delighted to create those for you!
Set-up and pick-up are included in your package. I’ll coordinate with your venue (alongside any other venues I have for events booked in that day) to ensure everything runs smoothly without you needing to worry!
